2022 was a year like no other. Through resilience and perseverance, Mobile reCell was able to overcome obstacles that came our way while working toward achieving our goals. Here are a few highlights of what we accomplished this past year:

Mobile reCell held its second annual Recharge Week, where our team participated in team-building activities and explored new learning opportunities with guest speakers.

Built around our four core values—integrity, innovation, inclusivity, and impact—Recharge Week is Mobile reCell’s team member appreciation week filled with professional development opportunities and engaging activities.

Mobile reCell was named a 2022 Best Place to Work in Indiana by the Indiana Chamber, and ranked 11 out of 53 in the Small Company category.

The annual statewide survey and awards program is designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace.

Our ranking proves having a purpose-driven workplace culture where team members interact with each other is one of the most important aspects of a great place to work.

In 2022, Mobile reCell increased the number of IT assets processed by 46%.

Device processing is a necessary step all IT assets must endure to determine which path the device should take at the end of their lifecycle—reallocation in the secondary marketplace, redeployment for reuse, or responsible recycling.

In 2022, Mobile reCell’s development team wrote 237,456 lines of code for our Recovery Platform.

The Recovery Platform allows you to configure your IT asset recovery program, centralize IT asset data, inform and initiate tasks, and more.

In 2022, Mobile reCell’s finance and sales team executed more than 20 new agreements with our current and prospective customers and/or partners.

Over the past year, Mobile reCell has solidified its status as the market leader for software-driven IT asset recovery.

Mobile reCell’s growth reflects the increasing need for software-driven solutions and automation within the IT asset recovery industry. IT teams everywhere are realizing a better way to reclaim corporate-owned assets—with less effort and in a shorter amount of time.

We also re-architectured our software from the ground up using a DevSecOps framework, which puts security at the center of the development process and integrates security as a shared responsibility throughout the entire IT lifecycle.

Mobile reCell designed the new enterprise-level interface to enable scalability and optimize the user experience by reducing downtime, increasing security, and allowing end users to use more efficient integrations in the software. User feedback informed the software’s pattern-based design, intuitive components, and self-service capabilities.

We finished the year out strong by completing a SOC 2 Type 2 examination of our internal data security controls and receiving a clean report.

A clean SOC 2 Type 2 report assures IT and business leaders that third-party service providers have adequate security controls in place around infrastructure, software, and processes.

Successfully completing a SOC 2 Type 2 examination validates our ongoing commitment to preserving the security and integrity of our customer’s data.
