Appointments follow a $2 million capital raise tracing back to the company’s first customer.
FISHERS, August 31, 2023 – Mobile reCell, the pioneer of software-driven recovery for corporate-owned IT assets, announced today that serial entrepreneur Scott Kraege and telecom industry veteran leader Alex Paskoff joined its board of directors. Mark Gramelspacher joined as an observer.
The appointments follow Mobile reCell’s recent $2 million investment from Ivy Ventures and Elevate Ventures. The financing round will help fuel the continued growth of Mobile reCell’s team and enterprise technology.

Kraege, general partner at Ivy Ventures, is an entrepreneur, advisor, and investor with nearly 25 years of experience. The native Hoosier started and scaled teams ranging in size from small startups to a 300+ person private equity-backed growth company. Scott has a proven track record of identifying and supporting entrepreneurs seeking to scale their innovations.
Ivy Venture’s investment is preceded by a history of collaboration with the Mobile reCell team. Mobile reCell’s first customer was MOBI, a managed mobility service provider where Kraege was a co-founder and served as chief executive officer (CEO). Fellow MOBI co-founder and Ivy Ventures network member Joshua Garrett also joins Mobile reCell as an advisor to the executive leadership team.

Gramelspacher is an entrepreneur, investor, inventor, attorney, and advisor to many businesses. He has formed or helped form dozens of startup operations and acquisitions in manufacturing, distribution, and SaaS verticals. He advises entrepreneurs seeking to scale pre-revenue, pre-profit, and emerging businesses into high-value, high-impact Indiana enterprises.

Paskoff is president of telecom solutions at Telamon Corporation, Indiana’s largest minority-owned business and one of the state’s largest private companies. He is a global operator specializing in solutions for telecommunication networks and industrial assembly. He spent more than three decades in the telecommunications and technology industries, including stints at Ingram Micro Mobility & Lifecycle Services and Brightpoint.
Paskoff also has great expectations for the company’s growth.
