The technology scale-up is recognized for its purpose-driven culture and workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, and demographics.

INDIANAPOLIS, February 28, 2022 – Mobile reCell, the world’s most powerful software-driven solution for corporate-owned IT asset recovery and disposition, today announced its recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana.

The annual statewide survey and awards program is designed to evaluate participating organizations and honor those with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace. This year’s list is made up of 125 companies.

“It’s an honor to have Mobile reCell named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana,” says Mobile reCell Founder and CEO Ben Jones. “To have our purpose-driven workplace culture recognized in our first year participating is validating. Knowing our team members are having a positive experience at Mobile reCell because of their interactions with each other and our customers, partners, and community—even in the midst of a global pandemic and shifting to a remote-first workplace—proves a strong culture is one of the most important aspects of a great place to work.”

Mobile reCell actively listens to its team members and continues to improve its employee experience. After the Best Places to Work submission process, it expanded team member benefits, introducing a 401(k) policy with company match, professional development funds, bereavement time off, and a flexible time-off policy. These benefits—combined with existing policies—allow Mobile reCell’s team to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Companies across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. The first part evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. This part of the process, the Employer Assessment, was worth approximately 20% of the total evaluation.

The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. This part of the process, the Employee Feedback Survey, was worth approximately 80% of the total evaluation.

The combined Employer Assessment and Employee Feedback Survey scores determined the top companies and the final rankings.

“Best Places to Work in Indiana not only recognizes our state’s outstanding employers, but also sets a high standard for other Hoosier companies by encouraging them to realize the importance of evaluating their own workplace,” says Indiana Chamber President and CEO Kevin Brinegar. “These companies consistently demonstrate to their employees how much they value their contributions.”

The final rankings for the Best Places to Work in Indiana will be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday, May 12, 2022, and then published in the Indiana Chamber’s BizVoice® magazine after the event.

May 2022 Update: Mobile reCell ranks 11 of 53 small companies recognized as the Best Places to Work in Indiana.
